Bereavement notice -Christy Rock

Castleknock Hurling & Football Club regret to advise the passing of Christopher (Christy) Rock, father of Lydia Brogan and father in law of Alan. Alan is mentor of the under 16 boys and their three boys, Jamie , Hugo and Harry all play.
 
Castleknock Hurling & Football Club Executive and all the membership wish to convey sincere condolences to the wish Rock and Brogan families at this sad time.

The death has occurred ofChristopher (Christy) Rock, Castleknock, Dublin/Ballybough, Dublin, July 1st 2024 (suddenly) Christopher (Christy), beloved husband of Deirdre and dear father of Paul, Michael, Christopher, Jim, Derek, Mark, Andrea, Stephen, Deirdre, Kenneth, Lydia, Hayley and Kevin and a doting grandfather and great-grandfather. Sadly missed by his loving family, sons-in-law, daughters-in-law, brother Michael, sister Ann, brothers-in-law, sisters-in-law, nieces, nephews, relatives and all of his amazing friends.

Reposing at Cunningham’s Funeral Home, Church Avenue, Blanchardstown on Friday afternoon from 5pm to 7pm. Removal to St. Brigid’s Church, Blanchardstown on Saturday morning arriving for Requiem Mass at 11am followed by burial in Glasnevin Cemetery.
