Bereavement Notice - John Clarke
Castleknock Hurling & Football Club regret to advise the passing of John Clarke, father of Nuala & Grandfather of Eimear who plays on the ladies football and camogie teams.
Castleknock Club Executive and the entire membership of the Club, wish to extend sincere condolences to Clarke family at this sad time.

The death has occurred of John Clarke, Tubridge, Keenagh, Ballina, Co. Mayo, December 29th, 2024, suddenly and peacefully at his home, surrounded by family. Predeceased by his parents Mary and Michael, babies John Peter and Joseph, his sister Kathleen and Michael’s partner Fiona. John, beloved husband of Nan, and devoted father of Michael, Nuala, Brenda and Gerard.
He will be so sadly missed by his loving wife, children, daughter-in-law Susie and sons-in-law Marc and Martin, cherished grandchildren Daragh, Liam, Eimear, Niamh, Rachel and Méabh, brother Michael, sister Nora, brothers in law Martin and Liam, sisters in law Mary and Eileen, nieces, nephews and extended family, friends, neighbours and the many friends he had in Bórd Na Mona, Bellacorick over the years.

Remains reposing at Hiney’s Funeral Home, Crossmolina (F26 DH95) on Tuesday 31st December from 5pm to 7pm. Removal from his home on Wednesday 1st January for Requiem Mass at 12 noon in the Church of the Holy Souls, Keenagh (F26 FR83). Burial afterwards in Kilmurray Cemetery (F26FV08).
