Bereavement Notice - Matt Twomey
Castleknock Hurling & Football Club regret to advise the passing of Matt Twomey, father of long standing Club Member Norah O’Connell.
Our condolences to Norah and her children Darragh, Aoibheann, Oran, Riain who all play for Castleknock.
Matt was a regular on the Castleknock sidelines, watching and supporting his grandchildren.

The death has occurred of Matt Twomey, (Coolock and formerly Newtownshandrum, County Cork), unexpectedly in the loving care of staff in the Oncology Ward of the Beacon Hospital, surrounded by his loving family. Beloved husband of Kay and loving Dad of Norah and Maurice. Matt will be very sadly missed by his loving family, daughter-in-law Siobhan, beloved grandchildren Darragh, Aoibheann (Princess), Oran, Riain (Joe), Tara, Bláthnaid and Saoirse, sisters Mary and Ena, brother John, brothers-in-law and sisters-in-law, nieces, nephews, extended family, a wide circle of friends and neighbours.

Reposing at Jennings Funeral Home, Oscar Traynor Road, on Tuesday afternoon from 5-7pm. Removal on Wednesday morning to St. Brendan’s Church Coolock Village, arriving for Funeral Mass at 11am followed by Cremation Service in Dardistown Crematorium.
