Healthy Club Survey
Castleknock Hurling and Football Club is taking part in the Irish Life Healthy Club Project which aims to ensure that everyone who engages with their club benefits from the experience in a health embracing way, be they players, parents, mentors, officers, supporters or members of their local community.
We would appreciate it if you could complete this brief questionnaire by June 30th to help guide us on our Healthy Club journey.
