As you may or may not know, the club are hosting the Ladies football Feile in Somerton next Saturday 23rd April and the camogie Feile the following Saturday April 30th. 

The organisers are looking for your help in a few areas in both weekends as follows:

1. Donations on the Saturday morning of sandwiches, wraps, rolls and home baked goods. 
2. Volunteers as follows:

Friday

• 4-5 Volunteers to help put up the County flags at the Porterstown road side. To be at club for 6:45pm. 
• 2-3 volunteers to help cordon off Senior Pitch 2 with stakes and tape. 

Volunteers to give the function room area, lobby and toilet areas a once over. 

Saturday’s 

• 4-6 volunteers to act as Carpark attendants from 9am to approximately 10am. 
• 8 Volunteers to run the catering end which will be in the clubhouse. It will be on a rota basis.
• 1-2 volunteers to bring match scores for players to Games coordinator after each match. 

There may be some other roles that haven’t been identified yet.
