Camogie Association Injury Benefit Scheme

Players are covered by the scheme when participating in an activity for Club or County including:

  1. Playing or officiating for the club in amateur matches or representative games
  2. Taking part in training organised by the club or representative body
  3. While proceeding directly to or returning directly from matches or training
  4. While taking part in any social activity organized by the club or representative

LGFA Injury Benefit Scheme

The LGFA Injury Fund covers players, club officers, team mentors and match officials for injuries sustained in the following:

  • An official competitive or challenge game
  • An official and supervised training session

An LGFA Preliminary Claim Form needs to be submitted with eight weeks of date of injury or if treatment is likely to exceed EURO 200.00.

An LGFA Claim Form needs to be completed when submitting expenses.
